You see and approve the price before we start, and the work our licensed team does is backed at every Element location.
Our Promise
Every repair, replacement and installation Element takes on is backed by our full service guarantee. That holds in Flagstaff, Durango, St. George, Hurricane and Jackson, whether the call is a dripping faucet on a Tuesday or a plumbing emergency at midnight. Our priority is simple: you should be satisfied with the work and with how we treated your home.
The guarantee starts before any tools come out. Your technician finds the cause, walks you through the options and prices each one, and nothing begins until you approve. The details of the guarantee for your job are explained at the same time, so you know what stands behind the work before you say yes. If you ever have a question about a job we’ve done, call the team that did it.
What Stands Behind It
A guarantee is only as good as the way the work gets done. These habits are what back ours up.
Call your local Element team any time, day or night, and tell us what you’re seeing.
Every job we do is backed by it, at every location. A drain clearing, a water heater replacement and a new heating or cooling system are very different pieces of work, so your technician explains the details of the guarantee for your specific job before anything begins, alongside the price. That conversation is the right time to raise any question about what is and isn’t included.
Before any work starts. Your technician inspects the problem, explains what they found and gives you upfront pricing for your options, and the job begins only after you approve one. Estimates are free, so asking for a price doesn’t commit you to anything. For larger projects you can also look at financing through GreenSky, which is subject to credit approval.
Yes. Every job is backed by our full service guarantee, whether your local team is in Flagstaff, Durango, St. George, Hurricane or Jackson. Each team is licensed in its state and insured. The services each location offers do vary, so check your local page to see what your team handles.
Yes. Element is licensed and insured in all four states we work in: Utah Contractor #13980506-5501, Arizona ROC 362018, Colorado Plumbing Contractor PC.0004697 / MP.03001859 and Wyoming CL-25-0130. Our technicians are trained in-house by experienced people on our own team, which is a large part of how we stand behind the work. You can read more about the people behind Element on our About page.
Call us. We answer around the clock, weekends and holidays included, and the quickest way to sort out a concern is to talk it through with the local team that did the work. Tell us what you’re seeing, when it started and what we worked on, and we’ll work out the next step with you.
Your technician explains the details of the guarantee for your job before any work begins. If anything is unclear, ask before you approve the price, and we’ll go through it with you.
