Plumbing, leak repair and water heater service for homes and condos at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Teton Village wraps around the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, at the end of the Moose-Wilson Road. It has far more homes than year-round residents, and many of those homes and condos fill up in ski season and sit quiet in between. That pattern is hard on plumbing. A system that runs flat out for a week of guests, then idles for a month in deep cold, needs someone watching it.
Teton Village is part of our Jackson Hole service area. We repair leaks and frozen lines, find hidden leaks with leak detection, and replace water heaters that can’t keep up with a full house. Need hot water for a houseful of skiers? Start with water heaters. We’re available 24/7 and you approve every price first.

Teton Village sits at about 6,330 feet at the foot of Rendezvous and Apres Vous mountains, where Jackson Hole Mountain Resort opened in the winter of 1965–66 on land that had been a Girl Scout ranch. The resort averages around 459 inches of snow a season, and the village below it lives on that winter. It’s a small place by population, 517 people at the 2020 census, but it holds far more housing than that. In 2000 the census counted 396 housing units for just 175 residents.
Those numbers explain most of the plumbing work we do here. Many homes and condos are used part-time. When they’re full, everything runs hard: showers back to back, laundry, hot tubs, kitchens cooking for a crowd. A water heater sized for two people can’t keep up with eight. When they’re empty, they sit through long cold spells, and a small leak or a failed water heater can go unnoticed for days. Remote thermostats and leak sensors help, and so does shutting off the water before a long absence.
Frozen pipes are the call we most want to prevent. Lines in exterior walls, under decks and in unheated garages are the usual trouble spots, and a house left at a low setback temperature can freeze a pipe in a far bathroom while the thermostat reads fine. A plumbing inspection before the season, with exposed runs insulated and the main shutoff tested, keeps the winter predictable.
Condo buildings add a wrinkle. A leak in one unit can quickly become a problem for the one below, so fast shutoffs and quick repairs matter. Snowmelt and freeze-thaw cycles also stress anything near exterior walls, decks and garages, which is where we find many frozen lines.

A new 80-gallon tank water heater
Water heater flush & safety check
A larger tank, a second heater or a tankless system can all solve it, depending on your space and fuel. We look at how many people you host and how they use hot water, then give you options with prices. See tankless water heaters.
Keep the heat at a safe setting, shut off the water at the main when you leave, and have someone check in regularly. A remote thermostat and leak sensors give you early warning. If you find a leak, call us 24/7 for leak repair.
Usually, yes. If one fixture goes dry while the rest of the house runs, a line in an exterior wall, under a deck or in a garage ceiling has most likely frozen. Leave the faucet open a crack, warm the room and call us. We trace the frozen section, thaw it safely and check for splits before pressure comes back, then show you how to keep it from happening again. See plumbing repair.
Yes. We work in individual condo units and townhomes. Let us know about any building rules, access codes or HOA requirements when you call, and we’ll plan around them. If a leak affects a neighboring unit, we focus on stopping the water first. You’ll still get an upfront price before we start.
Yes. Take $250 off a new tank water heater, or book a $99 water heater flush and safety check to keep your current one running. Mention the offer when you schedule, ideally before the house fills up for the season.
