Toilet Repair in Jackson
A toilet that keeps refilling wastes water around the clock, and on a private well it also keeps the pump starting all night. A bowl that shifts when you sit is breaking the seal at the floor, and the slow leak underneath can rot the subfloor long before you see it. In a rental or a busy guest house, a weak or clogging toilet becomes a call at the worst possible time. Well water with iron or sediment can also wear out fill valves and flappers sooner than you’d expect.
Our plumbers repair the part that failed when a repair makes sense: flappers, fill valves, flush valves, supply lines, wax seals and flanges. When the toilet itself is cracked, worn out or just not working for you, we install a new one, set it level on a sound flange and test every connection. If clogs keep coming back, the trouble may be further down the line, and drain cleaning is the next step. Homes on septic should see septic repair too.
Symptom Check
Most toilet problems are simple fixes when they’re caught before they damage the floor.
The tank hisses or tops up when nobody has flushed.
Movement at the base means the seal and the floor are at risk.
Moisture or staining on the floor after each flush.
Waste that takes two flushes, often from clogged rim jets or a worn valve.
Frequent plunging can point to the toilet or the drain beyond it.
A pump that runs at night may be feeding a leaking toilet.
What We Fix
From a worn flapper to a new toilet in a remodeled bath.

Seasonal checkups for every system in your home.
Seasonal checkups catch small problems before they become emergencies — and keep your systems running efficiently all year.
Put a few drops of food coloring in the tank and wait 15 minutes without flushing. If color shows up in the bowl, the flapper or flush valve is letting water through. It’s a cheap part, but the wasted water adds up, and on a well it keeps the pump working for nothing.
It can turn into one. Each time the toilet moves, the wax seal underneath breaks a little more, and water can seep into the subfloor without showing on top. We pull the toilet, check the flange and floor, and reset it on a new seal so it’s solid.
Most running and weak-flush problems are parts, and a repair is the better value. Replacement makes sense when the porcelain is cracked, the toilet is very old and inefficient, or it clogs no matter what. We’ll install a model you’ve chosen or help you pick one. For broader bathroom work, see plumbing repair.
Only toilet paper and human waste. Wipes, even ones labeled flushable, paper towels and feminine products can clog the line or build up in the tank. If a septic home has slow or gurgling toilets, the problem may be past the bowl, and our septic repair page covers the signs.
