Comfort built for desert and mountain

Air conditioning, furnaces, mini-splits and boilers, serviced by the Element team that runs each system where you live.

Desert heating and air, mountain boilers

Comfort changes with the map. In Southern Utah, air conditioners run hard through 110° summers and furnaces cover the cold desert nights, so our St. George & Hurricane team handles AC, furnaces, ductless mini-splits and 24/7 emergency HVAC. Around Durango, most homes heat with boilers and hydronic radiant floors, so that is the work our Colorado team does. Durango doesn’t install or repair air conditioning or furnaces, and our Flagstaff and Jackson teams are plumbing only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Element locations offer heating and air conditioning?

Our St. George team, including Hurricane, handles air conditioning, furnaces, ductless mini-splits and 24/7 emergency HVAC. Durango works on boilers, hydronic radiant heat and combi boilers, and doesn’t work on air conditioning or furnaces. Flagstaff and Jackson are plumbing teams. See our locations for the full comparison.

Can you help when my heat goes out at night?

Yes. Our St. George & Hurricane team answers around the clock, including weekends and holidays, because a dead furnace on a freezing night or a failed AC in a desert summer can’t wait. Read more about 24/7 emergency HVAC. In Durango, no-heat boiler calls are answered 24/7 too.

Should I repair my system or replace it?

It depends on the age of the equipment, how often it has needed repairs and what the fix costs compared with a new system. We test the unit, explain what we found and price both options, so you can decide with the numbers in front of you. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Are there heating and cooling specials?

Yes. $50 off any HVAC service and the $59 furnace tune-up both apply in St. George and Hurricane. Mention the offer when you book.

Can I spread out the cost of a new system?

Yes. New furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits and boilers can be paid over time through our financing options. Our maintenance plan is also a good way to keep a new system running well once it’s in.
