In-House Training
You learn from experienced people on our own team who still work in the field, not from a script.
We’re hiring in Flagstaff, Durango, St. George, Hurricane and Jackson, and we care about attitude as much as experience.
Why Element
Element is family-owned, and it isn’t a franchise. Jon Graham started in the trades at 15 and still leads from the field. Jaimie Graham, our COO, taught high school chemistry for 15 years before bringing that science to how we diagnose water and corrosion problems. Jon’s son Jet started with us as a summer hire in high school and now manages our Jackson branch.
That shapes the job. Technicians are trained in-house by people who still do the work, and the people making decisions are the family that owns the company, not a corporate office. On every call the aim is the same: explain the problem plainly, offer real options and do the work properly. If that’s how you want to work, we’d like to hear from you, whether you’re already licensed or looking for a way into the trades.
Element Home Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

You work for a family company, not a franchise or a corporate office.

How We Work
Four habits run through every Element location.
Explain what you found, lay out the options with their pros and cons, and let the homeowner decide.
Jaimie’s chemistry background shapes how we test water and trace corrosion back to its cause.
Jon built Element around keeping experienced technicians, because they are what lets a company grow without losing its local feel.
We live, raise families and spend our weekends outdoors in the same communities we work in.

No. We want to hear from licensed technicians and from people looking for a way into the trades. What matters most is that you take pride in doing the job right and can explain it plainly to a homeowner. Tell us about your experience, or your lack of it, when you get in touch, and we’ll be straight with you about where you’d fit.
Our teams in Flagstaff, Durango, St. George and Hurricane and Jackson are all hiring. Openings change, so the quickest way to find out what’s available near you is to send us your details along with the location you have in mind.

Training happens in-house. You learn alongside experienced technicians and from founders who came up through the field themselves, on real jobs with proper diagnostic tools, sewer cameras and hydro jetters. The goal is that you can find the cause of a problem, explain it to a homeowner in plain terms and fix it properly the first time.
Yes. Jon Graham founded the company and is its CEO, and Jaimie Graham is our Chief Operating Officer. Jon’s son Jet began working with us in 2020 while still in high school, went full-time after graduating, earned an associate degree in business management online while working, and became Branch Manager in Jackson in July 2026. There’s more about the family on our About page.
