Which plan is right for my home?
It comes down to your water heater. Argon is designed for homes with a traditional tank water heater and includes a yearly tank flush to clear sediment. Krypton is built for tankless water heaters and includes a tankless flush to remove scale. Both plans include an annual plumbing inspection, a free drain clear with a camera inspection and a $0 service call fee.
How much does the plan cost?
In St. George and Hurricane, the Argon plan is $18 a month and the Krypton plan is $36 a month. Pricing for our other locations comes from your local team: call us or fill in the sign-up form and they’ll go over the plan for your home before you commit to anything.
I live in Flagstaff, Durango or Jackson. Can I join?
Yes. Argon and Krypton are our St. George and Hurricane plans, and our other teams set up plans for their own areas when you call or sign up. Each team knows the homes it works on: hard water and frozen pipes in Flagstaff, boilers, radiant heat and frozen lines in Durango, and frozen lines, wells and septic in Jackson. Your local team will explain what the plan covers for you.
How does the free drain clear work?
Once a year, members can have one drain cleared at no charge. Afterwards we run a camera through the line to confirm it’s clean and to spot early signs of a problem, so you hear about it before it becomes a backup. Members also get 10% off the labor on other plumbing work, including drain cleaning beyond the yearly clear.
Do members pay a service call fee?
No. Argon and Krypton members pay $0 for the service call whenever they request service, and they also get priority scheduling and 10% off service and eligible equipment. Argon members additionally get 10% off parts and are entered automatically into Element’s quarterly prize drawings for as long as their membership is active.
