Earned in the Field
Real work, real tools and real experience built Element. Discipline, resilience and respect are how we still work today.
About Element Home Services: a family-owned home service company with five local offices across Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
Our Story
Jon Graham picked up his first tools at 15, working beside people who cared about doing the job right. He spent nearly three decades hands-on in plumbing, heating, air and electrical work before taking on the CEO role at Element in 2016, and that time in crawlspaces and mechanical rooms still shapes how the company runs. Decisions are made by people who have done the work.
Jaimie Graham, Element’s Chief Operating Officer and Jon’s wife and co-founder, came to the trades from the classroom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and taught high school chemistry for 15 years, in Southern California and in Jackson. She brings that science to the business: understanding water chemistry and corrosion helps our teams find the root cause of a failure instead of patching the symptom.
The name joins the two. For Jon, it comes from his skateboarding roots, where balance and precision are everything; for Jaimie, it’s the periodic table, where elements are the building blocks of everything else. Together they’ve grown Element from a single location into a family-owned company serving Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, Southwest Colorado and Jackson Hole. In Northern Arizona, Element combined with HardLuck Plumbing of Williams, so customers there know the team by both names. Their son, Jet Graham, learned the trade from his father, has worked at Element since 2020 and now manages the Jackson branch.
We’re not a franchise. Our crews live in the towns they serve, raise their families there, and spend their days off on the same trails and rivers as their customers. The goal hasn’t changed since the first service call: do excellent work, explain it plainly, and leave every home safer and more comfortable than we found it.

Chief Operating Officer What We Stand For
The same discipline that built the company is what we bring to every job, whether it’s a dripping faucet or a new heating system.
Real work, real tools and real experience built Element. Discipline, resilience and respect are how we still work today.
Water and air problems get tested and diagnosed, not guessed at. Solutions fit the water and conditions where you live.
Our founders work alongside the team, teaching, training and checking that the job is done right.
We live, work and raise our kids in these communities. When you call, you reach people who care how it turns out.

Where We Work
Each Element office is staffed by a local team that knows its area’s homes, water and weather.
St. George and Hurricane, Utah, cover Washington and Iron counties, from Ivins and Santa Clara to Cedar City and Springdale. Flagstaff serves Northern Arizona, including Sedona, Williams, Doney Park and Chino Valley. Durango covers La Plata and Archuleta counties, from Bayfield and Ignacio to Pagosa Springs. Jackson serves Jackson Hole and Star Valley, including Wilson, Teton Village and Alpine.
Services vary a little by location: every office handles plumbing, drains, water heaters and water treatment, and each location’s page lists exactly what its team offers.
