Meet Jon Graham
Jon Graham is the founder and CEO of Element, a home service company he has grown from a single location into a multi-state operation serving Southern Utah, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Durango, Colorado and Northern Arizona. Before taking on the CEO role in 2016, Jon spent 29 years working hands-on in the plumbing, HVAC and electrical trades, experience that continues to shape how he runs the company today.
Under Jon’s leadership, Element has expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, earning multiple regional industry awards, including Best of Southern Utah (Gold, 2025 and 2026). He built the company around a retention-first culture, believing that experienced technicians and a strong internal culture are what allow a home service company to scale across state lines without losing its local feel.
Jon leads Element alongside his wife and co-founder, Jaimie Graham, the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

From quarterly giveaways to team events across Southern Utah, Element invests in the communities it serves. Skateboards are a natural fit: the Element name comes from Jon’s skateboarding roots, where balance and precision are everything.
