Trenchless sewer repair fixes a damaged sewer line without digging a trench along its full length. There are two main methods. Pipe lining inserts a resin-soaked liner into the old pipe and cures it in place, creating a new pipe inside the old one. Pipe bursting pulls a new pipe through the old line while breaking the old pipe apart, through small access pits at each end.

Because only one or two small holes are dug, trenchless repair spares your landscaping, driveway, patio and trees, and it usually takes a day or two instead of a week. It isn’t right for every line; a fully collapsed pipe or a severe sag may still need traditional excavation, which a camera inspection will show.

Trenchless and traditional sewer line repair are both available at all four Element locations, and larger sewer projects can be financed.
