Standard drain cleaning runs a motorized cable, often called a snake or auger, down the line to break up or pull out a clog. It’s fast, affordable and the right first step for most single clogs in a sink, tub, toilet or main line.
Hydro jetting sends water through a specialized nozzle at thousands of PSI to scour the inside of the pipe. Instead of opening a hole through the blockage, it strips away the grease, soap scum, hard water scale and fine roots coating the walls, which is why it’s the better choice for drains that clog again and again. We usually run a camera first to make sure the pipe is sound enough to jet.
Drain cleaning is available at all four Element locations: Flagstaff, Durango, St. George & Hurricane and Jackson. Hydro jetting is offered by our Flagstaff, Durango, St. George & Hurricane and Jackson teams as well. Our $83 drain clearing, or it’s free offer covers standard cable drain cleaning; hydro jetting isn’t included.
