Heating & Air in St. GeorgeBig lots, big systems, one team
Cooling, plumbing, irrigation backflow and electrical service for Little Valley homes on the southeast side of St. George.
Little Valley is one of St. George’s more spread-out neighborhoods. Off Little Valley Road and Horseman Park Drive, near the elementary school and the pickleball complex, you’ll find estate-zoned lots next to newer subdivisions. Bigger lots usually mean bigger systems: two or three AC zones, long water lines, landscape irrigation with a backflow assembly, a shop or RV garage on its own circuit.
Little Valley is served by our St. George team, so we’re close when the AC quits on a 105-degree afternoon. We cover cooling and heating, plumbing, water heaters, drains, water treatment and electrical, plus the yearly backflow testing many irrigation systems need. Call any hour, day or night, and you’ll see the full price before we start.

Electrical in St. GeorgeLittle Valley, St. George
Little Valley sits on the southeast side of St. George, around Little Valley Road and Horseman Park Drive, in a city that lies mostly below 3,000 feet. Parts of it are zoned for residential estates with lots of 20,000 square feet or more, and newer single-family subdivisions have filled in around them. Little Valley Elementary and the city’s 33-court Little Valley Pickleball Complex anchor the neighborhood.
Bigger houses on bigger lots change the plumbing and the cooling. Water lines from the meter can run a long way, and a leak underground may show up only as a soggy patch in the yard or a spike in the bill. Homes with several bathrooms need a water heater, or two, sized to match. Large floor plans often split cooling into zones, and each condenser needs its own care through summers when St. George passes 90 degrees on about 122 days a year.
Landscaping is part of the picture too. Irrigation systems tied to drinking water need a backflow assembly, and that assembly typically needs an annual test. It also sits outdoors, exposed. St. George sees about 60 freezing mornings a year, mostly between mid-November and mid-March, and a backflow preventer or above-ground irrigation pipe can crack on one clear, cold night. Insulating covers and draining what you can before winter save a lot of trouble.
Shops, RV garages, pool equipment and EV chargers add electrical load, and a panel sized for a basic house can run out of room. We check capacity before adding circuits.
Finally, the water. Southern Utah’s supply is hard, and on a large home that means more fixtures, more heaters and more surfaces collecting scale. A whole-house softener is usually the most cost-effective fix.

In most cases, yes. Backflow assemblies protecting the drinking water supply typically need an annual test, and your water provider may send a reminder. We test the assembly, repair it if it fails and give you the results for your water provider. See backflow testing.
Watch for a wet or unusually green patch, a water bill that climbs without explanation, or a meter that moves when every tap is off. On a long line, finding the exact spot matters. Our leak detection pinpoints it before anyone starts digging.
Yes. Each system has its own coil, filter, capacitor and refrigerant charge, and each wears on its own schedule. Servicing both in spring, with coils cleaned and charge checked, is the best way to avoid losing one in July. Ask about AC maintenance.
We can. Our electricians check whether your panel has room, run the new circuit to code and install the outlet or charger. If the panel is maxed out, we’ll quote an upgrade first so there are no surprises. Surge protection is worth adding for shop tools and chargers too.
